Opt for the Strategy session, a robust coaching package designed to delve deeper into your culinary business challenges and opportunities. This session includes up to two hours of live coaching, backed by an additional hour dedicated to independent research, during which I’ll prepare and send you tailored materials relevant to your specific needs. Prior to our call, you’ll complete an onboarding form, allowing me to understand your business better and tailor the session to your specific goals.
During our extended conversation, we can cover a variety of topics from operational challenges, menu innovation, customer engagement strategies to broader business planning. The additional research I conduct on your behalf ensures that you receive not only real-time advice but also follow-up resources that continue to add value after our call.
Post-session, you’ll receive a summary of our discussion along with action steps and personalized resources that help implement the strategies we’ve discussed. This comprehensive approach is designed to ensure lasting impact, providing you with the tools and knowledge to sustain and grow your business effectively.
Once purchased, you’ll be provided with a link to schedule your call and I’ll check in with you before to see what topics you’d like to focus on and how I can help! Each call must be scheduled within 6 months from the date of purchase. Once scheduled, calls may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, with the rescheduled date also falling within 6 months from the original purchase date. I dedicate my time and energy to each call, which includes arranging childcare to ensure I am fully present. While I rarely cancel, I do reserve the right to reschedule your call if necessary, at a time that is mutually convenient.
